All warranty is handled as per Australian consumer law. 

Warranty covers manufacturer defects as per each company's warranty statements. This varies with each company. 

Any warranty claim is met with a repair or replacement as determined by the manufacturer. Refund is not provided for a warranty claim. 

Any costs to return the item to us and for us to provide back to the customer is worn by the customer. 

Warranty does not including:
Wear and tear to finishes
Strings breaking
Damage from dry firing, de-railing of bow or firing of damaged arrow or nock.
Damage from incorrectly installed components. 

Urban Archery will NOT reimburse costs incurred by the customer if they choose to have work done by another store or business.
