We use Stripe as a credit card facility directly through the website. This is secure, safe and free. 

PayPal We also offer the PayPal gateway which allows you to pay with
PayPal or Credit card - please be aware that this incurs a 3% surcharge 

Direct deposit 
You are welcome to pay via bank transfer, after arranging this with us, please be aware that this often causes several days delay in getting your order shipped as we have to wait for the payment to clear and someone has to check that it has gone through which can take a day or so too.

Lay-by

The minimum spend required for a Layby is only $400 and a 10% deposit is required.

Bows Require a $400 deposit 

Lay-by must be paid off within 12 weeks 

You must also make regular fortnightly payments of a minimum of $50 per payment 

Can I cancel my layby?

Yes, you can cancel your layby at any time and all monies will be refunded excluding 10% of the Lay-by value which will be a re-stocking fee.

When can I collect my layby?

Once the total amount has been paid off and before the due date.

When is the due date?

For in stock items the due date will be 12 weeks from time of deposit paid. For custom orders you will be provided with a different set of terms and conditions

What if I don’t make regular payments?

If you do not make a payment for 4 weeks the layby will be terminated and a restocking fee will be charged.

Other reasons for termination

Should the goods no longer be available and supply can not be made then a full refund will be made by Urban Archery.
