The Bridge-Lock Adjustable V-Bar paired with the new Bridge-Lock Stabilizer creates an entirely new axis of customization and adjustability for your rear facing stabilizer. Adjustable in 1/2″ increments, you can modify the length of your rear facing stabilizer for a finer, more balanced hold. An integrated quick-disconnect allows you to easily remove or stow your rear facing stabilizer while not in use or during transport.

RH vs LH

For this product the RH and LH refers to the hand the archer pulls their string with. 
A RH Vbar is designed to point the rear bar to the left of the bow (away from the sight). (example picture of a RH setup shown below)

This product is essentially ambidextrous in that a RH can be converted to LH, expect that the thumb screw will be on the inside of the bow rather than the outside.
